Refund Policy

At Drake Merch, we strive to provide the best products and customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below to understand your rights as a customer.

1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item was purchased during a promotion, only the amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same item. For exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at Wilhelmin_Collier78@gmail.com or call 077 0837 9270 to start the exchange process.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your item to the address provided in your return approval email. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is returned safely. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, as it may have already been processed or shipped.
